Groups & Associations

Groups that already pool money together. We just point that money at real estate.

Organized groups with existing leadership, meetings, and communication channels. Pitch once to leadership, and you're in front of 50-500 people. Highest leverage segment -- one presentation can unlock dozens of investors.

Sub-Segments

Professional Associations

ICAN (accountants), NSE (engineers), NBA (lawyers bar), NMA (medical), CIPM (HR). These hold conferences, have newsletters, and have thousands of members. One speaking slot = hundreds of potential investors.

Alumni Associations

Unilag, OAU, UI, Covenant, Babcock alumni networks. Old students associations are powerful -- they hold annual dinners, have strong loyalty, and members trust each other's recommendations.

Membership / Social Clubs

Ikoyi Club, Lagos Country Club, Island Club, Rotary, Lions. Wealthy members who meet regularly. Getting a speaking slot or sponsoring an event gives you direct access.

Market Trader Associations

Alaba, Computer Village, Balogun market associations. These traders move serious cash daily but have zero investment diversification. The association structure means the chairman's endorsement carries massive weight.

Cooperative Societies

Company cooperatives, government staff cooperatives, community cooperatives. They already pool money monthly and invest collectively. Fragvest is a natural fit -- same concept, better asset class.

Communities

Estate communities (Lekki Phase 1 residents association, VGC community), neighborhood groups, estate WhatsApp groups. People who already share a physical space and communicate regularly.

Friend Groups

Informal groups of friends who invest together or want to start. The Fragvest Goals feature was literally built for this -- group investing made easy.

How to Win Them

The Pitch

Your group already understands the power of pooling money together. You've done it with savings, maybe even contributed to buy a bus or fund a project. Now imagine pooling that same money into actual Lagos real estate. 20 members contributing N100K each = N2M = a real stake in a premium property. Everyone earns rental income proportionally. Everyone gets a certificate. And you did it together.

The Close Line

Can I get 15 minutes at your next meeting to show your members how this works? I'll bring everything they need to see.

Objections & How to Handle Them

How do we manage group ownership?

Fragvest has a built-in Group Goals feature. Your group creates a goal, members contribute, and frags are allocated proportionally. Each member has their own certificate and can see their individual ownership. It's all tracked automatically.

What if some members want to leave?

Individual members own their own frags. If someone wants out, they can sell their frags independently without affecting anyone else's investment. The group structure is for buying together, but ownership is individual.

Our members prefer land -- why frags?

Land is great if you can afford a full plot and develop it. Frags give your members access to developed, income-generating properties in prime locations for a fraction of the cost. Many of our group investors do both -- they buy land AND invest in frags for passive income.
